An open lecture by Latvian ex-president

On December 8, 2014 at 18:00 an open lecture, delivered by the President of Latvia (1999 - 2007) Dr Vaira Vike Freiberga, will take place at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. The event is organized by the Embassy of Latvia and the Embassy of Switzerland in Ukraine. Admission is free, but registration is necessary.
